The POWER Zone Team

This blog evolved from a brilliant idea from Theresa Ritz, POWER Zone Superintendent. She really wanted a way celebrate teachers. She has participated in so many observations with staff who are so very talented. She wanted a staff recognition platform that would not just recognize one person but it would hopefully inspire others with new ideas and great strategies.
